A fiber reinforcement concrete is obtained by dispersing fiber in cement type matrix of water, cement, high reactivity pozzolana type reaction particle (A), low reactivity pozzolana type reaction particle (B) which consists of fly ash, blast furnace slag or volcanic ash, aggregate particles of specific particle size, average particle diameter and fineness modulus, and at least one type of dispersant. A fiber reinforcement concrete is obtained by dispersing a fiber in cement type matrix containing water, cement, high reactivity pozzolana type reaction particle (A), low reactivity pozzolana type reaction particle (B) which consists of fly ash, blast furnace slag or volcanic ash, aggregate particle (a) of maximum particle size 2.5 mm or less, average particle diameter 0.4-0.8 mm and fineness modulus 1.5-3.5, aggregate particle (b) of maximum particle size (0.425 mm), average particle diameter 0.1-0.3 mm and fineness modulus 0.4-0.8, and at least one type of dispersant. An independent claim is included for manufacture of fiber reinforcement concrete material.
