The sign has multi-colored diodes (6-8) which are mounted in series with a rechargeable battery (1) and cause programmable color changes. A polarity (11) of the battery supplies directly the diodes. An electronic clock (2) transforms the current at another polarity into electric current sequences. The current sequences amplified into power by power circuits (4) are transformed into pulses by a pulse generator (5).
