The device has upper and lower cylindrical tubes (1, 2), sliding one into the other. The tubes are pierced with adjustment holes (3) by a locking device (4). The lower tube has an anti-skid stop (5) at its end with a support (6) fixed at 5 centimeter above the stop to receive an orientable and adjustable toe-loop (7). A hook and loop fastener (8) fixes a leg-strap (16) that tightens the upper tube against the interior of the thigh. A supporting shoulder strap (10) is fixed on a saddle (9).
