The device has a meshed sheath (2) into which a bare soap or toilet soap piece (1) is inserted. The sheath is placed around the soap piece without stitching, and presses automatically the soap piece strongly. The sheath can be made of a fabric, plastic or plant. The gain presents hollow open worked meshes of around 5 millimeter diameter, where the meshes are square or hexagonal shaped.
