PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for specifying influence when designating a special green space conservation area.;SOLUTION: This information processing method executed by a computer having a database storing data related to a building and data related to a land about each parcel inside a prescribed area includes: a step for receiving the designation of a specific area as a candidate area of the special green space conservation area, and storing it into a storage device; and a step for specifying the parcel satisfying one of a plurality of prescribed conditions showing that possibility of a state change about the building or a use change of the land is strong in the specific area at least by use of the data on each the parcel inside the specific area stored in the database, and storing it into the storage device.
