PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for potentiating a regenerative effect in the regeneration treatment of reconstructing spinal cord by grafting olfactory nerve sheath cells or mucosal tissue containing the above cells. PSOLUTION: This medicine for potentiating effects in the regeneration treatment of reconstructing the spinal cord by grafting the olfactory nerve sheath cells or mucosal tissue containing the above cells is characterized by containing a HGF (hepatocyte growth factor) protein or a nucleic acid encoding the same as an active ingredient.
