PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of forming, when applied on the surface of a synthetic resin substrate and cured by an active energy ray, a cured coating film having excellent hardness, scratch resistance and antistatic property and hard to generate cracks, to provide a laminated body of a synthetic resin having the cured coating film of the composition formed on the surface of the synthetic resin substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method of the laminate.;SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises an aliphatic urethane acrylate (A) having six or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule and having a weight average mol. wt. of 1,000-10,000, a hydroxy (meth)acrylate (B) having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups and one or more hydroxyl groups in one molecule, and a quaternary ammonium salt compound (C) having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
