PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position measuring instrument or the like accurately measuring a present position, even in the middle of incoherent processing.;SOLUTION: This position measuring instrument 20 receives a basic positioning code from a transmission source and performs correlation processing, comprising coherent processing and incoherent processing to measure the present position.
