PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the influence of an error of motion vector on dynamic image processing. PSOLUTION: The detector comprises: a frame image acquisition means acquiring a reference frame image and a search frame image which are two sequential frame images in time series order from a dynamic image; a correlation value calculation means calculating an inter-image correlation value between the reference frame image and the search frame image; and a motion vector calculation means calculating, based on the correlation value, a motion vector showing the motion of the whole image of the search frame image based on the reference frame image. The motion vector calculation means takes the motion vector of the frame image one before in the time series order as the motion vector of the search frame image, when the absolute value of difference between a correlation value having the highest correlation and a correlation value having the second highest correlation of correlation values calculated by the correlation value calculation means is smaller than a predetermined threshold A, and does not perform calculation of motion vector for the search frame image when the correlation value having the highest correlation of the correlation values is smaller in correlation than a predetermined threshold B showing the intensity of correlation.
