PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing the burden of patients and an institution to which inspections are requested and for developing cooperation in community medical services. PSOLUTION: The diagnostic institution for diagnosing the patients, the inspection institution for taking photos of the patient images and creating patient images, and a filming center for outputting the patient images to a film are connected by a network. A diagnostic institution terminal which transmits patient information to the inspection institution is installed in the diagnostic institution. An image diagnostic device which takes photos of the patients and creates the patient images based on the received patient information, and an inspection institution terminal which is installed in the inspection institution and transmits the patient images to the filming center are installed in the inspection institution.
