PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-absorbing resin composition that exhibits excellent oxygen absorbability at room temperature, has a low metal content and generates odors a little at the time of oxygen absorption, an oxygen-absorbing film comprised of the oxygen-absorbing resin composition, and an oxygen-absorbing multilayered product comprising an oxygen-absorbing layer comprised of the oxygen-absorbing resin composition.;SOLUTION: The oxygen-absorbing resin composition comprises a resin (A) bearing a C-H bond that can form a carbon radical having a reaction energy with oxygen of at most 10.0 kcal/mol and a resin (B) other than the resin (A) bearing a C-H bond that can form a carbon radical having a reaction energy with oxygen of more than 10.0 kcal/mol and not more than 22.0 kcal/mol. The resin (A) is preferably a cyclized product of a conjugated diene polymer and is more preferably one having an unsaturated bond reduction rate of at most 60%.
