PARKING POSITION SEARCH SUPPORT DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost parking position search support device allowing a user to easily understand the parking position of one's own vehicle.;SOLUTION: An imaging control part 17 determines that a vehicle enters a parking lot based on information output from a position information acquisition part 14. When the vehicle enters the parking lot, this parking position search support device stores an image in the advancing direction of the vehicle captured by an on-vehicle camera 20 in an image storage part 18 at a prescribed time interval. When the vehicle stops at the parking position and pulls a parking brake, this support device stops the imaging. After that, this device transmits the captured image to a portable terminal of a user via a communication means 22.
