PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coping method for easily discriminating, in the event of radio communication failure to an automatic reading radio wirelessly performing automatic meter reading, the fluctuating state of radio intensity which causes the communication failure.;SOLUTION: This device comprises a radio detection part 10 detecting presence/absence of radio wave; a signal demodulation part 11 demodulating a data signal from radio wave; a telegraphic message analysis part 12 analyzing a communication content by the data signal from the signal demodulation part 11; a radio intensity measurement part 13 measuring the fluctuation of radio intensity during communication; a storage part 14 storing contents received from the telegraphic message analysis part 12 and the radio intensity measurement part 13; and a control part 16 displaying the contents stored in the storage part 14 on a display part 15. The control part 14 makes the display part 15 display the received content and radio intensity fluctuation, when the communication content from the analysis part 12 and the measurement result from the measurement part 13 are received, so as to facilitate the causal analysis for radio communication failure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
