PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of interference and interruption in a voice signal under reproduction by an on-board speaker through an FM transmitter, while moving toward a destination.;SOLUTION: When a route from a present spot to the destination is set by a car navigation 0301, a route to the present spot and the destination is determined by GPS in the car navigation 0301 and map information in a storage medium, and a combination of an FM broadcasting frequency unused in common in the passing whole area on the route or a frequency capable of minimizing the number of times of switching a transmission frequency of the FM transmitter on the route is selected from FM broadcasting frequency information classified by area registered beforehand in the recording medium. While moving, the selected frequency data are transmitted to a portable device 0302 having the FM transmitter, and the voice signal reproduced by using the selected frequency is FM-modulated by the portable device 0302, and transmitted to an FM radio receiver 0305.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
