PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WEB system having a knowledge automatic/optional link system, groupware, a visualization function for an information link structure, a blog, a social network, a TV conference, text data formation of sound information, video image distribution, and other functions.;SOLUTION: Video images and sound of a lecture are recorded. The sound of the lecture is stored in a lecture type knowledge DB by a data recording/storing system. The lecture type knowledge DB is distributed by using a lecture distribution system.
