PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify analysis processing and to efficiently perform simulation of an occurrence of an air pocket arising in an object to be coated when applying the coating to the object to be coated by dipping the object to be coated into a liquid coating material.;SOLUTION: The method is provided with a first step of dividing the data on the shape of the object to be coated dipped in the coating material tank to a plurality of two-dimensional elements; a second step of setting a prescribed element as an initial boundary element and setting an element having a common nodal point with the initial boundary element as an adjacent element; a third step of analyzing the adjacent element by the initial boundary element; a forth step of setting the analyzed adjacent element as a secondary boundary element and setting an element having a common nodal point with the secondary boundary element as the adjacent element; a fifth step of analyzing the adjacent element by the secondary boundary element; and a sixth step that determines whether or not there is a remaining adjacent element in the secondary boundary element, and when there is a remaining adjacent element, the fourth step and the fifth step are repeatedly processed in this order until there is no more remaining adjacent element.
