PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a powder adhesive, of high practicalility for a contact bonding postcard, which is formulated based on a substantial material prescription and applying the adhesive in a practical/substantial way, and a developing device used for the method.;SOLUTION: Two different kinds of the powder adhesives with different physical properties, i.e. a powder adhesive A composed mainly of a polyester resin with 120 °C softening point as a binding resin and a powder adhesive B composed mainly of a hydrocarbon-series resin with 110±4°C softening point as a binding resin, are formulated. Further, these powder adhesives A and B are stored in developing vessels 25a and 25b. An electrostatic latent image of a solid image is formed by a recording head 24 in regions 21a and 21b obtained by dividing a photosensor drum 21 in the longitudinal direction, and the powder adhesives A and B are simultaneously developed by the developing vessels 25a and 25b. In addition, the developed powder adhesives A and B are transferred and developed all at once, to the doubling contact-bonding postcard 73. After that, the postcard 73 is doubled and again is passed through a sealing device 43 as the completed contact-bonded postcard right before being posted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
