PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acousto-electrical transducing element, using a single aggregate, to specify a plurality of sound source directions, a diaphragm aggregate acting as a component of the element, an acousto-electrical transducing system employing the element, and to provide a manufacturing method for the element.;SOLUTION: A plurality of diaphragms X₁ to X₅, vibrated by sound pressure and each having a diffraction grating, are provided on one and the same diaphragm aggregate.
