PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty of removing a multi-pass noise in FM receiving.;SOLUTION: A multi-pass detecting unit 30 detects a multi-pass noise of IF data stored in an IF data memory 62. A displacement section detecting unit 40 detects a multi-pass section and generates a top address and a final address thereof as a replacement starting address 72 and a replacement finishing address 74. A copy processing unit 60 evacuates IF data, stored after the replacement finishing address 74 temporarily, into a storing memory 64. A replacement processing unit 50 generates a replacement waveform 78, stores the replacement waveform 78 with the replacement starting address 72 in the lead into the IF data memory 62, and provide a replacement waveform width 89 to the copy processing unit 60. In the copy processing unit 60, data evacuated in storing memory 60 temporarily is stored with the address of the sum of the replacement finishing address 74 and the replacement waveform width 80 in the lead, into the IF data memory 62.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
