PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for the difference between detection results caused by ununiformity between a plurality of cells constituting the same array.;SOLUTION: Photons from a route different in the photon emitted amount is detected for each portion in a plurality of segments constituting the path, by an integrated circuit (IC) 68 provided with a photosensor array 100, comprising a reference cell in a line 102 and a subrange cell 106 in a line 104, and including one or a plurality of pairs, comprising the reference cell and the subrange cell 106 in the vicinity thereof. The reference cell receives the incident photons via substantially the whole (λmin-λmax) of the object of application of photon energy range, and the subrange cell 106 receives the incident photons within the corresponding subrange λp from among the subranges in the application objective photon energy range.
