PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tube-feeding nutritive food capable of being prevented from regurgitant accidental ingestion, and further to obtain a gelatinizer effective to the prevention of the regurgitant accidental ingestion.;SOLUTION: The gelatinizer and the gelatinizer for a tube-feeding nutritive food contain a gellan gum and alginic acid. The tube-feeding nutritive food is obtained by formulating the gellan gum and the alginic acid.
