PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable name resolution same as the case where, for example, name resolution information is registered in a name resolution server apparatus over the Internet by storing the name resolution information to be registered in a name resolution server apparatus.;SOLUTION: When receiving the name resolution request of a DNS server apparatus 14 managing a certain domain from a communication terminal device 10, a name resolution response generator 126b2 generates a name resolution response containing the host name, and IP address of a name resolution apparatus 12, in response to the name resolution request. An internal interface 121 transmits the generated name resolution response to the apparatus 10, and receives a name resolution request, by which the apparatus 10 requests to the apparatus 12 to register the name address information containing the host name and IP address of an arbitrary communication terminal device.
