PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary occupancy in reserving an apparatus of an output base in a print order information management system.;SOLUTION: The print order information management system comprises (1) an order ID assigning means, (2) a means for time-reserving an apparatus for producing an article specified by each order, (3) an apparatus reservation information storage means, (4) an apparatus reservation information retrieving means for specifying it with an order ID, (5) an apparatus information setting means for setting work type of the reserved apparatus, (6) an order status input means, (7) a status information holding means for holding the status and relevant information of work type to be finished, and (8) a means for canceling the reservation after the present time of the apparatus related with the work finished with the status, of the apparatuses reserved with the order ID in changing the status of the order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
