PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling even a person who is not experienced to extract hypothetical question and answer data to a stockholder question from a system. PSOLUTION: A question acceptance terminal 2 accepts and transmits the stockholder question to a hypothetical question and answer management device 1. A retrieval operation terminal 3 receives and displays the stockholder question, and also accepts and transmits a retrieval key to the management device 1. The terminal 3 further receives and displays a hypothetical question and answer from the management device 1, accepts a designation of hypothetical answer from the hypothetical question and answer, and transmits the designated hypothetical answer to the management device 1. An answer output terminal 4 receives and displays the hypothetical answer from the management device 1 with the stockholder question. The management device 1 stores a plurality of hypothetical questions and answers. The management device receives the stockholder question from the terminal 2 and transmits it to the terminal 3. The management device retrieves the hypothetical questions and answers with the retrieval key received from the terminal 3 and transmits the result to the terminal 3.
