METHOD FOR JUDGING QUALITY OF LAVOR-MIXED LIQUID, AND QUALITY JUDGEMENT DISPLAY BOARD FOR LAVOR-MIXED LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging quality of lavor-mixed liquid solving the following problems: concentration control for lavor-mixed liquid in view of the color degree of the lavor as a technology regarding adjustment of lavor-mixed liquid casts anchor at decision of the concentration of the lavor-mixed liquid to be controlled regardless of the difference in color of the lavor raw material: and to provide a quality judgement display board for lavor-mixed liquid which is not disclosed in the past.;SOLUTION: The method for judging quality of lavor-mixed liquid comprises detecting an amount of transmitted light by an optical means based on wavelength dependency of water solution where lavor raw algae in the lavor-mixed liquid and/or water soluble material in the lavor raw algae are dissolved to make a judgement of the quality of the lavor-mixed liquid in conformity with the wavelength dependency and the amount of transmitted light. The quality judgement display board for lavor-mixed liquid is utilized in a method of evaluating the quality of the lavor-mixed liquid to judge the quality of the lavor-mixed liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
