PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly align skin material end lines without necessity of a vacuum drawer and to stably maintain a quality by providing the material passing at a peripheral edge of a design surface from the design surface side to a rear surface side so that the material has an inner first resin layer and an outer second resin layer connected to a cross sectional part crossing the layer and covered with the material. ;SOLUTION: The skin material 1 has a partial design surface E crossed at its peripheral edge 1a passed from the surface E to a rear surface side crossing a resin layer 2. A first resin layer 2a molded in an inside area covered with the material 1 is connected to a cross sectional part 1b crossing the layer 2, and a second resin layer 2b molded in an outside area of the material 1 is connected from its outside. The layer 2 is mostly formed of a thin part 21b while forming a thick part 21b at each predetermined interval at a connecting part to the material 1. The edge 1a is drawn out of a cavity wall, and locked and set to a home position with a core die and a clamp. Thus, a vacuum drawer is eliminated, a skin material end line L of the design surface side is constant and clearly aligned, and its quality can be stabilized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
