PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable plastic-made article storage container, which can secure easiness in set-up, sealability or the like, and also can improve the reduction percentage when folded.;SOLUTION: The folding container consists of a base plate having four sides, a first falling side plate 3 for falling inward and pivoted to be capable of overlapping on the base plate and a second falling side plate 7 for falling inward on the other opposite side and pivoted to be capable of overlapping on the first falling side plate, wherein the lateral width of the first plate is made to be slightly narrower than the inside measurement of both second plates thereby alleviating the friction of the first plate when falling with the second plate. A protrusion 14 is formed at both end rims of the second falling side plate thereby burying a gap from the first falling side plate when the first plate is made to stand. The container is designed so that the lower end of the external surface is to be similar in height to or lower than the height of the opposite sides of the base plate when the first falling side plate falls, by notching the lower end 17 of the external surface of the first falling side plate.
