PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation cost and an equipment cost of an oxygen generating device. SOLUTION: In manufacture of oxygen enriched air blown in a waste melting furnace through a tuyere 2 when pyrolysis melting treatment is applied on waste, oxygen gas manufactured by an oxygen generating device 4 and exhaust gas from a pressure swing system nitrogen generating device 5 to manufacture nitrogen gas used in purge of combustible gas generated in the waste melting furnace are added in air by an oxygen enriching device 7 to perform enriching of oxygen.
