PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fatigue recovering agent having effects on recovery from at least one kind in various kinds of fatigues such as muscular fatigue or central fatigue and to provide a food and drink for recovery from the fatigue.;SOLUTION: The fatigue recovering agent is characterized as comprising at least one species of plant selected from the group consisting of a plant of the genus Eleutherine of the family Iridaceae, a plant of the genus Solanum of the family Solanaceae, a plant of the genus Eucalyptus of the family Myrtaceae and a plant of the genus Tabebuia of the family Bignoniaceae and/or an extract from the plant as an active ingredient.
