PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify even a form not having a ruled line without producing a dedicated form.;SOLUTION: A corresponding point detection means 4 detects a corresponding point of a registration image and a form image of a processing target, and a conversion coefficient calculation means 5 finds a coefficient for converting corresponding coordinate values.
