PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiency produce a liquid crystal display device.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the liquid crystal display device includes: a back case assembling process of installing a liquid crystal display panel 7 to each of the plurality of back case sections 2 which are joined to each other with back case junctions 4; and a case parting process for respectively parting the back case junctions 4 after the back case assembling process. More preferably, the method includes an inspection process of performing inspection by inputting a signal to an input terminal 9 of the liquid crystal display panel 7 after the back case assembling process and before the case parting process.
