PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input the desired will of a video preparing person for an expression in video and to automatically prepare the video along that inputted will. ;SOLUTION: The will of the video preparing person is inputted by will input means 15, 16 and 17 not for the technical expression but for the more easily comprehensible or intuitive expression in video. According to the video grammer for miutually (suitably) relating the will of the video preparing person, video materials and video effect, a video grammer information processor 12 decides any video effect corresponding to the will inputted by the will input means and outputs video effect operation data for providing that video effect. A video material information processor 13 performs editing to the video materials according to the video effect operation data and prepares video to which the suitable video effect is applied according to the will of the video preparing person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
