PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate defects, in which information to be sent cannot be sent by automatically detecting or correcting contradiction on the occurrence of contradiction in destination information. SOLUTION: In the case of building up an electronic conference system adopting the store and forward exchange type communication section among plural sites apart geographically, a database 12 of each server 10 stores destination information of other sites being information exchange destinations and a destination of the information exchange destination is included in information to be sent to other sites. Then the site receiving the information compares the destination included in the information with the destination stored in the database 12, and when the destinations are dissident, it is detected that a contradiction takes place. When it is detected that a contradiction has taken place in the destination, the destination included in the received information is added to the destination stored in the database 12 to correct the contradiction of the destination.
