PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical memory reproducing device which exactly introduces read light for reproducing data from an optical memory medium. ;SOLUTION: In an optical storage medium reproducing device 1, the partial displacement mechanisms 14a and 14b of the read light partially displace the read light 100 from a light source 11 in a thickness direction. Photo detectors 15a and 15b for a servo mark detect the light intensity of a reproduced image obtained by displaced light beams 100a and 100b, and supply the servo signals 1500a and 1500b of a level corresponding to the detected light intensity to a light source moving mechanism 12.
