PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which eliminates noise of images by extracting relation between images shown by image frame signals acquired one by one. PSOLUTION: In the image noise eliminating method, a motion compensation relation extracting part 12 is provided with a frame memory 121, a movement region extracting part 122 and a relation extracting part 123. The frame memory 121 stores image frame signals acquired from a CCD image element 11 one by one, so that an image frame signal L is stored which is earlier than an image frame signal K acquired at a certain time. The movement region extracting part 122 acquires the image frame signals K, L. In a first image shown by the image frame signal K, a region having movement to a second image shown by the former image frame signal L is extracted as a movement region. To the relation extracting part 123, the image frame signals K, L are inputed, and relation between the first and the second images are extracted. However, regarding this extraction, information J about the movement region is received from the movement region extracting part 122, and relation is extracted except for the movement region.
