PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for unmolding rice cracker for producing rice cracker dough at good yield, to provide an unmolding roll, to provide an unmolding apparatus for producing rice cracker, and to provide a rice cracker producing apparatus. PSOLUTION: This method for unmolding rice cracker comprises unmolding rice cracker dough 6 with many unmolding blades 5 on the circumference of the unmolding roll 3 while clipping a rice cracker dough sheet 2 with the unmolding roll 3 and an opposed roll. In more details, the method comprises using the unmolding roll 3 set with a plurality of the unmolding blades 5 contacting the axial direction and the circumferential direction, unmolding the rice cracker dough 6 from the rice cracker dough sheet 2 with the unmolding blades 5, and blowing off with air, leaving the rice cracker dough 6, unmolded waste 7 moving on a carrying side belt 42 together with the unmolded rice cracker dough 6.
