PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time required for creating a file that supports hyperlinks.;SOLUTION: An information processor reads a file that indicates the use of memory, etc., and creates an index file composed of a required minimum number of HTML files. The index file is displayed, and once a specific index file within the index file is selected, whether or not an HTML file exists at a link designated by the index file is determined.
