Low-dusting, readily-dispersible granules (I) based on precipitated silicate fillers (II) modified with organosilicon compounds of formula ÄR1n(R-(CH2)iO)3-nSi-(CH2)y-(CH2)zÜqB (III), in which B = -SCN, -SH, -Cl, -NH2 (if q = 1) or -Sx- (if q = 2); R = H or 1-4C alkyl; R1 = 1-4C alkyl; n = 0, 1 or 2; y = 0-19; z, i = 1; x = 2-8; and in which the degree of reaction of the alkoxy groups is expressed as the ratio of integrated 13C-NMR signals as follows: when R is not H, (CH2)i/(CH2)z = not more than 0.4 for q = 2 or not more than 0.15 for q = 1; when R = H, ÄR-(CH2)iÜ/(CH2)z = not more than 0.4 for q = 2 or not more than 0.15 for q = 1. Also claimed is (i) a process for the production of (I), and (ii) vulcanised rubber mixtures containing (I).
