PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing Grifola fondosa capable of obtaining a high quality Grifola fondosa by using a simple culturing bottle set, and the culturing bottle set for Grifola fondosa used in the above method. SOLUTION: This method for culturing Grifola fondosa is provided by using a culturing bottle 1 having a wide mouth bottle shape having an opening at the upper end of its neck part 12, a cap 2 used at a primodium-generating period, consisting of a non light-transmitting/ air-ventilating material, capable of fitting with the above opening and installed with a small opening 22c closed by a ventilating filter 23 having light transmitting property, at the center of the top of a swollen out space part 22 having a shape of closing the top part by standing a short cylinder at the center of the inside surface of the top part, and a cap used at a fruit body-growing period, consisting of a non light-transmitting and air-ventilating material, capable of fitting with the opening of the culturing bottle 1 and having an opening having almost the same inner diameter with the inner diameter of the swollen up space at its top surface, filling a culturing medium 50 up to almost the same height with the above opening part in the culturing bottle, also inoculating spawn on it, placing a lid with the above cap 2 used at the primodium-generating period on the opening part of the culturing bottle for performing the culturing of the mycelium to generate a fruit body primodium 51, after the generation of the fruit body primodium, placing a lid with the above cap used for growing the fruit body instead of the cap used for the primodium-generation, and germinating for growing the fruit body.
