PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an exact operation, by properly deriving a load-cut off quantity considering an overload quantity when overload is generated in a plurality of locations. ;SOLUTION: The load-cut off device has a line-overload-quantity calculation part 10 which derives the overload quantity of each line from a power flow value and an overload limit value of each primary transmission line connected to a substation; and a line-load-cut off-quantity calculation part 12, which derives a power flow quantity of each line corresponding to the overload quantity from a power flow ratio between a line in which an overload is generated and each line which is connected to the same system as the line the overload is generated, and derives the sum of the quantities as a line load-cut off quantity to solve the overload of overloaded lines.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
