Methods for increasing the metabolic flux through pentose phosphate pathway in a microorganism, and to produce a substance fine chemistry going on, and recombinant microorganism.The present invention characterizes the methods of increasing the production of a chemical substance thin, for example, lysine from a microorganism, e.g.Corynebacterium to deregulate a gene encoding the enzyme, lactate dehydrogenase.In a preferred form of execution, the invention provides methods to increase the production of lysine in Corynebacterium glutamicum in order to increase the expression of the activity of lactate dehydrogenase.The invention also provides a new process for the production of lysine to regulate the flow of carbon on the oxaloacetate (OAA).In a preferred form of execution, the invention provides methods for the production of lysine in order to use fructose or sucrose as a carbon source.
