The present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition that provides Cephalexin with an enhanced activity in combination with clavulanic acid. In the present invention the Cephalexin or its hydrates, salts or esters acts as an active ingredient whereas clavulanic acid present as an antibiotic adjuvant as either immediate release or controlled release part which enhances antimicrobial activity.
