METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS THE VEGETATIVE DYSFUNCTIONS AT THE TEENAGERS OF MALE SEX WITH MITRAL VALVE PROLAPSE

A method for diagnostics of the vegetative dysfunctions at the teenagers of male sex with mitral valve prolapse by conducting of EKG, daily EKG monitoring, determining the circadian profile and variability of heart rate at patients with MVP and patients with clinically significant heart rate injury against a background MVP. And at the increase of index of circadian profile in patients with MVP from the group of patients with MVP without impairments of heart rate to the group with clinically insignificant dysrhythmia the sympathetic activation is diagnosed. At a tendency to growth of diurnal rhythm rigidity to the extent strengthening of dysrhythmia severity the violation of parasympathetic and sympathetic departments of the vegetative nervous regulation of heart rate is diagnosed. With growth of dysrhythmia significance in patients with MVP the humoral, sympathetic, parasympathetic departments of heart rate regulation with domination of the vagotonia is activated.
