The invention relates to the method of producing of flexible photoelectric transducers of solar energy on the basis of cadmium telurid. The method of producing of a flexible photoelectric transducer of solar energy on the basis of CdTe consists in precipitation of electrode layer of indium and tin oxygen (ITO) on a flexible pad made of transparent polyimide film using the magnetron-sputtering method. Then, it is implemented layer-by-layer precipitation of CdS and CdTe layers by means of thermal evaporation. It is made annealing of the structure with formed outer electrodes. Additionally, it is made annealing of ITO layer in the air in the range of 400 ºC to 450 ºC within 20-30 min.
