A lifting mast with a cutting bar is supported at the lower end on a support platform and can be articulated in X and Y plane parallel to the plane of the platform. Bracings articulated between supports on the mast and platform sides regulate inclination of both mast and cutting bar in two orthogonal directions. The cutting bar can be displaced vertically or articulated with respect to the mast.
