Compounds of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein: R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, C 1-6 alkyl, C 2-6 alkenyl, C 3-6 alkynyl, C 3-10 cycloalkyl -6 and C4-12 cycloalkyl with bridges; R3 is selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, NH2 and R5CONH; R4 is selected from the group consisting of CH2F, CHF2, CF3CH2, CF3CHF and CF3CF2; and R5 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylC1-6 alkyl, phenyl, HO2C1-6 alkyl, C1-6OCO alkylC1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl OCO, H2C1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkyl C 1-6 alkyl and C 1-6 alkyl C 1-6 alkyl.
