Footwear with a permeable and breathable shovel that covers at least partially a waterproof sole that is breathable, comprising: a sole layer (11) made of rubber or similar material internally coupled to a wrapping shovel (12) made of leather or material similar that has through holes (14), a breathable or perforated protective layer (17), a vapor permeable and water impermeable membrane (18) and a breathable or perforated insole or an anatomical inner sole (21) arranged above said sole layer (11) made of rubber or other elastomer, said protective layer (17) and said membrane (18) having edges that are substantially adjacent and are tightly attached to said sole layer (11) made of rubber or other elastomer and said inner sole (21), wherein said sole layer (11) made of rubber or other elastomer consists of a single layer formed in one piece with studs (13) that attracts they see said through holes (14) of the blade (12) and together constitute the footprint, at least some of said studs (13) presenting at least one through hole (16), said inner sole (21) being arranged successively from below at least in said holes (16) of said studs (13) and said protective layer (17) and said vapor permeable and water impermeable membrane (18) substantially adjacent and overlapping edges are joined by sealing by means of a peripheral element (20) made of plastic material, said peripheral element being molded, glued with glue or heat sealing.
