A programmer has analog and digital inputs and outputs for 2, 4, and 8 electric valves and is linked to multiple systems. The device is programmable via general packet radio service (GPRS) from a personal digital assistant (PDA), smart phone, or control post. Fertilization control is varied by valves, type of vegetal cover, pH, conductivity, electric pumps, and washing filter. The electric valves are activated by radio and powered by batteries or from the programmer through cable. The batteries last for a minimum of one year, with IP-67 regulation in all components.
