The system comprises a sequence used in aspiration and impulsion of analyzed liquids. The reagents used and a reverse osmosis system generates, in situ, the desired quality water in diverse phases. An automatic measurement unit is used for measuring concentration of dissolved oxygen. The data obtained is processed, transmitted, exhibited and stored. The concentration of microorganisms is measured by a chemical reaction catalyzed by the microorganisms. The evolution of the reaction is measured, which turns out to be proportional to the concentration of microorganisms in the analyzed samples.
