A prosthetic stent graft for the treatment of AAAincludes a plurality of graft legs, each secured in adeployed position by a sealing gasket within a stentsegment of the sealing gasket and to one side of aframing bracket. The framing bracket traverses thediameter of the stent segment and extends axially away,dividing the first stent segment into two portions, eachportion for receiving a graft leg of the stent graft.The sealing gasket can include a stabilizer having asecond generally cylindrical stent segment, and anextension bracket traversing the diameter of the secondstent segment and extending away from the second stentsegment. The extension bracket and the first bracket areconnected with one another at a mutual generally centralposition.
